2023 Annual General Meeting
Our electronic Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023 beginning at 9 am until 9 pm. As a reminder, all parents must vote during the Annual General Meeting.
Below is a list of motions that you will require your vote.

Additionally, we have the following open positions on the board:
- Fundraising Chair: Oversees all fundraising events and activities.
- Membership Coordinator: Any questions about your membership position and responsibilities or the school calendar.

What is an AGM?
St. Andrew’s Co-op Playschool holds the Annual General Meeting (AGM) each year, as it is a crucial event bringing together its parents, member, directors, and other stakeholders. Importantly, we make key decisions during the AGM, present financial reports, and discuss important matters. Parents and members have the opportunity to raise questions, voice concerns, and vote on various issues. Furthermore, the AGM serves as a platform for transparency, accountability, and engagement, ensuring that all stakeholders have a say in the school’s affairs and contributing to its overall governance and direction.
